At SpokeNthread, every item is custom-made with care. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or changed minds.

We gladly offer returns or replacements if your order arrives:

• Damaged

• Misprinted

• Defective

• Incorrect

Return conditions:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery

• Include clear photos of the issue

• Item must be unused and in its original condition

Once we review your claim and approve the return, we’ll provide return instructions. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

Note: Return shipping costs are only covered for damaged or defective items.
